Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Entries made in a search tool go to the outside provider that runs it. The provider processes the query under its own policy. We do not store those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be kept to review and answer it. We do not disclose it outside our organization unless a valid legal duty requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Server logs may record an IP address, browser and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referral source, and page-view times.
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies and analytics services help measure site use and technical performance. A browser can block cookies, though some functions may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
- Operate and improve the site
- Route queries to outside providers
- Measure page use
- Diagnose technical faults
- Display advertising
No Warrant Data on File
We do not host, compile, maintain, or sell a warrant database. We provide general directions to Connecticut Superior Court clerks, police agencies, and state resources. Connecticut has no Hartford County sheriff warrant list. Visitor data is not made into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power search boxes. Their privacy, retention, and sharing rules govern submitted information. Review the provider’s policy before entering data.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to courts, police, OPM reports, legal resources, or outside search tools. The destination’s privacy policy applies after a visitor leaves this site. Advertising providers may use their systems to measure activity or tailor ads.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Search providers, analytics vendors, ad networks, or an authority acting under a valid legal order may receive limited information.
How We Protect Your Data
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise that unauthorized access or a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors and will address a valid deletion request if such data is identified.
Your Data Rights
Rights depend on residence and applicable law. Connecticut’s Freedom of Information Act governs qualifying public-agency records, not private visitor-data requests here. Subject to law, a visitor may seek access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing.
